Pesronally I am TIRED of the ongoing bickering and back biting where the Men's movement is concerned. There seems to be no effort or support and backbiting seems to be the order of the day..
Every one has their own opinion but no one wants to agree or promote any type of agreeance..
I am dissapointed as I have been on the forefront since early 1990's fighting the scurge that is feminism but I do not see any effort by anyone or very few wanting to get together to fight it..
Needless to say, I am getting tired as I feel I am alone..
I may go the same way as John Dias and call it quits if this does not change..

What kind of political activism do you have in mind?
I think a lot of MRAs agree on the need for divorce law reform.
One complication is that we're in different countries, so we don't all vote in the same elections...
Which issue have you put forth that you would like to see more support for?
Care to clue in the clueless?
That is why my friend it is not going to change. Because it is easier to complain, it is easier to whine but hell lot harder to do something. The situation will be like this and worse and most of you guys out there are happy with it even if you complain about it, the days of fighting and revolution is long gone.
I can't speak for everyone else but what you've written and what others have written in the many MRA sites has helped me greatly. I've been able to maintain a healthy view on women and even how I operate around them. So many things that have been mentioned by you and others are spot on.
I can also say I'm not bitter at women but the machine itself which also uses them but they don't know it. I've looked more closely at the legal system we have in the states and it's pathetic. The way children are treated is pathetic and the way men are treated is pathetic.
I may not have a blog spot or anything like that but since coming to here and other sites, I've been spreading the word to guys that I think might stand a chance to not be chained by the machine. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But I figured if I can talk to a few, it helps because then they will talk to a few.
Anyway, that may have gotten off point but I did want to write to you that I do enjoy reading what you blog about since it's quality information and it lets me know what's happening not only in the states, but across the pond and even in Australia and New Zealand. Please stick with it. Thank you.
539...a guy in his early 30's who is going his own way.
I'd like to accept your offer in helping me set up a MRA blog to increase the amount of Material out there.
I agree with 539. While individuals may disagree on an approach and thus there are many small efforts instead of a singular effort, I think change is still happening. Blogs like yours do a great service in creating awareness. That simple function goes a long way in changing minds and changing how we interact with society. With the marriage strike and MGTOW, and the ghost nation, what you may be seeing is a silent revolution. We've seen how feminists and society twist our concerns at the same time they stay fat and happy living off our backs. When those backs are gone, what will they do?
You should stay. Your site provides valuable information to others.
Now, don't take this the wrong way, but you're a paranoid misogynist.
The powerful feminist lobby? Are you kidding me? Why has it become harder and harder for women to get abortions over the past few years? Why did the Ledbetter case get mauled by the Supreme Court? Where was the powerful feminist lobby then?
Now don't get me wrong, I do believe that there are cases where women get an unfair advantage, such as custody hearings and such.
But be honest with yourself, there has been systemic discrimination against women for millenia, even treating them as property.
You may believe that there are certain natural roles, and women behaving outside of them creates disharmony in society. But follow this thought through to conclusion. Should we take away women's suffrage? If they just aren't psychologically prepared to lead or make rational decisions as you say, why should we allow them a say in the direction of our country, state, city, etc.?
I realize that this is the internet, so you are completely free to say and think as you please and find other like minded individuals. So I won't tell you to shut up or go to hell or whatnot. And it is within your rights to delete this comment.
I just stumbled upon your blog (you showed up pretty high on a google search for the male birth control pill, good for you!), and couldn't resist making a comment.
Carry on with your lunacy.
Jeff,
Shut Up
AND
Go to Hell
Jeff,
"But be honest with yourself, there has been systemic discrimination against women for millenia, even treating them as property"
So Jeff, what is it like living in ignorance. You know, blindly accepting feminist crap and the complete distortion of history.
Yes, women and men were discriminated against and oppressed. Reams could be written about the greater discrimination and oppression of men of the passed, that still exist today, but I'm sick of doing it. Instead let me ask you one thing.
Would you prefer to be thought of as property ie., something of value, or as something that is totally worthless, of absolutely no value whatsoever?
The value of men of the passed is reflected in a news paper article, written in 1860, following the Risca Blackvein colliery explosion, when 146 men and boys lost their lives. The article reported the severe financial loss to the mine owner, with the death of 28 pit ponies valued at £1,000.
So Jeff, which would you prefer to be. The oppressed but valuable mother on the surface, struggling to bring up her family or the dead useless piece of flesh, rotting 2 miles underground with the much more valuable horse flesh. The boys, by the way, would have been aged 10 years and upwards.
The, oppresed and discriminated, men and women of the passed got on with it together, just to simply exist. The discriminators and oppressors of the passed were not men but the men and WOMEN of the 'ruling classes.' Don't spit on the men of the passed. They lived only so that their families could live.
Today, men make up 93% of all work related deaths. We are oppressed and discriminated against in Family Court, criminal court, health, suicide rates, homeless and draft to name but a few... in other words all the important areas of life.
"Why has it become harder and harder for women to get abortions over the past few years?"
Question 1: How do we quantitatively measure the difficulty of obtaining abortion?
Question 2: Which jurisdiction? Saudi Arabia? Japan? Australia?
Question 3: How do we know the optimal level of difficulty for obtaining abortions?
And to the original poster-- you have some volunteers in your comments. Folks like 539 need to be shown the ropes and integrated into the movement.
539, check out the linked blogs, such as Elusive Wapiti. There are plenty of activists who can help to show you around.
Well done, pjanus.
Jeff queried:
"Should we take away women's suffrage? "
Well, yes. Does that offend thee? If so, can you name any one way in which freedom has been increased by the chick vote? Cuz I can rattle off a whole slew of ways in which it has been restricted.
Oh, and I'd remove the suffrage of most men too, while we're at it. I'd even give up my vote if it would mean that parasites and haters of freedom were stripped of their voting privileges.
I totally agree. Voting should be a privilege, not a right. Only those who can pass a rigorous test in history, politics, warfare, and psychology should be able to vote.
i like to read the thimngs here...sometimes i found my self telling to a woman. that i like "modern" women that invite a guy for pay for a dinner..and do not like women that think like the 60´s..you know what guys , they look me diferent !! then i keep talkinmg more..this time about sex..even if im in a group of friends (men & women) ..i already said to them that i like "modern" women..the ones that iniciate sex.. that do surprises , that want to pleasure the boyfriend/husband lol..yes and they look to me diferent :-) ...and then i finished and say i want to thanks feminist for the this modern women, because now men want more from women.!! not only women want more from men women , then i make a Big Laught :-))... well i spread this kind of message , in a funny way offcourse..but i say it when im with group of people ! that my work for men rights !!
..and more, you notice that even women are telling that its more dificult a woman work with woman ! lots of women thsi days say that prefer work with men !! come on guys, women are starting to fighting betwen them this days..more 20 years and you will see, no more feminists..but more women againts women !! they are sellfish between them...they jeaulsy between them...yes they are in some important positions in political this days so what now ?? where the next step, they will fight between them LOL....it already started...!!Women are on TOP positions , so they do not need to fight men now...they will fight betwenn them to see who is the better women:-)) its funny to see it
I think all you have to do is walk up to a women or a female friend of yours and ask her, "why don't you have a lot of female friends?"
Sit back and listen to her reply. Her words will be her own formed from her own opinion without the pressure to "please" a man or getting hung up on some "woman suffrage plight" or any of that hogwash.
My mom even admits this and she's from the era of teamwork between a man and a woman and women have roles they need to play. So if women say this about women, why should we say anything different? Just watch out for the tricks and play it safe.

you right, my mother is 67 years old , and she the one that say the girls are worst then boys this days LOL. they are more crazy , they drink more then boys in Discos, they are always changing boyfriends etc etc..., yes my mother see that , well my fahter think the same...so MEN we are not far from a world where women will be BAD ones, so then will be women say bad things about womem ...will be funny to see that times :-)

Things are starting to turn around. We are seeing more arrests of false rape accusers and have more spokesmen in the media arguing for our cause. Now is the time to keep up the fight not throw in the towel. Remember if you fold they win.
